Courting

Do any of you men and women understand the concept of this?  I believe I do.  I actually feel it is extremely important when trying to find the mate you will marry.  In modern times, I think it's the titles Boyfriend/Girlfriend with a dash of seriousness that will suffice to this term.

IS DATING THE SAME AS COURTING?
IMO, Dating to me is something you can do with multiple people, not being sexual with any, but spending time to see if they could be a potential candidate for becoming a steady.  Courting on the other hand, is to choose only one serious partner and build towards marriage.  Unfortunately, I feel that people don't find it important to get to know their mate well enough and they will jump into situations too quickly.    

MY OPINION ON MARRIAGE:
Marriage is a very serious topic.  I don't believe in multiple marriages and I don't believe in divorce either.  I want to go into a marriage believing that him and I will stand the test of time and be able to work things out.  Also I believe in mutual respect for one another.  I don't believe in power struggles.  Why can't we both be a King and Queen to rule together? My parents as well as relatives have been married for over 30+ years and that didn't happen by accident.  As a Traditionalist, I want to get married to the man that I love and then bring 3 lovely children into our lives.  I then will grow old with him to raise our grandchildren. 
The union of marriage, to me, was to be done out of love as well as bringing in children that are a product of that love.  Building a strong foundation of family and commitment is something that both sides need to put forth effort.  When two people are meant to be together, I think it just works.  

SOMETHING TO PONDER:
Do you know someone whom you can building a future with as a potential wife/husband? 
Are you willing to make the necessary sacrifices to make it work?
Do you feel ready to take the next step towards being serious about someone?

If deep in your heart you said "yes" to these questions, you are perhaps ready for that companion.  If you say, "well there isn't anyone around me for this",the great thing about manifesting is that you ask "God" for what you want and you shall receive it.  Believe in your heart that you are worthy and complete so you can set out the faith/intention of that mate to come to you.  Watch how this will unravel for you!

If you answered "no" to any of the questions, I would suggest that you are not ready for being serious with someone and THAT IS OK!  There is no rush for being serious about ANYONE.  Everything happens when it is suppose to happen and perhaps it is not your time to be serious.
